Daniel Foose is available to teach both upright and electric bass lessons to students of all levels and ages. Lessons can be conducted at his home teaching studio in Sunnyside, Queens which has recording gear, amps, keyboards, or at other locations in the New York City area. Daniel has taught privately for the past 11 years and has earned a M.M. and B.M. with honors in the field of Jazz Studies from the University of North Texas. Daniel has been a guest lecturer at the University of Idaho, the University of North Texas Bass Workshop, Collin County Community College, and at many summer jazz camps and workshops. He has taught private and group lessons to all levels of students from beginners to professionals.

Daniel Foose's Teaching statement:
Each student is unique. Lessons should be as well. I believe lessons should be tailored to each students' abilities and interests. I hope to instill a love of music and a discipline that will allow the student to realize and execute whatever sound they have in their head.
